1. Are your watches original or replicas?
All the watches we sell are 100% genuine and original. We only offer high-quality, branded watches like Rolex, Patek Philippe, Bugatti, and more. Rest assured, you’re getting authentic timepieces at affordable prices.

2. What if the watch I received is not the one I ordered?
If you receive the wrong watch, don’t worry! We have a return and exchange policy. You can exchange the item within 3 days of receiving it. Just make sure to provide an unboxing video as proof of the mistake, and we’ll take care of the rest.

3. Are your watches waterproof?
Most of our watches are water-resistant, but the level of resistance varies by brand and model. Be sure to check the specifications listed on the product page for details on water resistance before use.

4. How do I know if the watch will fit me?
We provide detailed product descriptions, including the watch’s size and specifications. If you're unsure about the fit, feel free to contact us, and we can help guide you in choosing the right size. If the watch doesn't fit, we offer exchanges within 3 days.

5. How can I pay for my order?
We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:

6. Do you offer a warranty on your watches?
Yes, we offer a warranty for most of the watches. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damages caused by misuse or external factors. The warranty details for each watch are mentioned on the product page.

7. What if my watch is damaged during shipping?
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your watch arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. You can return the item within 3 days, and we'll either exchange it or refund your money, depending on the situation.

8. Can I cancel my order after it's placed?
You can cancel your order within 3 hours if it’s an online paid order, and within 24 hours for COD orders. After shipping, cancellations are not possible, so please make sure to act quickly if you wish to cancel.

9. How long does shipping take?
For online paid orders, delivery usually takes 3-5 days. COD orders may take 4-5 days. We use trusted logistics services like Leopards, TCS, and Trax for fast and reliable delivery.

10. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to track your order through the courier’s website.

11. What happens if I'm not available when my order arrives?
If you're unavailable to receive your order, the courier will attempt to deliver again. You can also reschedule the delivery with the courier service.

12. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to other countries in the future.
